I am a solution-focused therapist with an emphasis on a strength-based approach. I believe that the problems we face, there is a solution to relieve or correct the stressors, hurt and or damage. With my assistance, my clients are able to identify their own strengths, resiliency, and resources to improve ANY situation causing distress.

I have extensive work with clients with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Medical Illness and Injury Counseling, Military/Civilian Sexual Trauma, Veteran and Caregiver Related Stressors.
